Refund Policy

At, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality GSA SER lists. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. For this reason, we offer a 24-hour refund policy on all of our GSA SER lists.

In order to receive a refund, customers must call us within 24 hours of the date of purchase. We will not process any refunds after 24 hours have passed since the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests if they do not meet the criteria set out in this policy.

Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For example, if the customer paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.
